- No Obligation: Users are never required to consume alcohol or perform any dare/action to play.

All game prompts, logic, graphics, and branding are the intellectual property of Tipsy Party. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute the database of prompts without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tipsy Party shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to physical injury, social embarrassment, or legal trouble arising from actions taken while playing.
